WIZICO product

An enterprise AI assistant inside your closed network

Upload policies, instructions, contracts and knowledge bases, and the assistant answers employees from them with a citation to the source. It runs on your server without internet, so data never leaves your perimeter. In Uzbekistan the product is implemented by W-Lab.

What it looks like

An employee asks in plain words. The assistant builds the answer from several documents, cites a source for every step, and the passage opens alongside.

I’m going on a three-day business trip. What do I need to file, and when is the expense report due?

  1. Get the trip memo approved by your manager at least 3 working days before departure.
  2. Accounting transfers the travel and accommodation advance within 2 working days of the trip order.
  3. Submit the expense report with receipts within 3 working days of your return.

5.1. Within three working days of returning from a business trip, the employee submits an expense report to accounting together with documents confirming the expenses.

5.2. Any unspent advance is returned to the cash desk or the company account within the same period.

  • The answer draws on every document that has the facts.
  • Every step cites a document and clause; a click opens the passage with highlights.
  • Questions can be typed or spoken.

What it gives your organisation

An answer instead of manual search

Employees no longer dig through folders, orders and manuals: the assistant finds the relevant passages across all uploaded documents and builds the answer from them.

Works on your documents

Policies, instructions, contracts, technical documentation, knowledge bases, regulations: the assistant answers from what you upload, not from the model’s “memory”.

Fewer questions for experts

The assistant handles newcomers’ routine questions, so lawyers, HR and mentors can focus on complex cases.

Every answer can be checked

Every statement cites its source and every request is logged. If the documents have no answer, the assistant says so.

Who it’s for

For organisations whose documents cannot go to external services, while employees need fast and accurate answers from them. Example questions:

Government agencies and khokimiyats

“How do we draft a reply to a citizen’s appeal under our procedure?”

Law enforcement

“What procedure does the internal instruction set for accepting a report?”

Banks and finance

“What checks does our policy require before opening a corporate account?”

Industry and energy

“How do I take a pump unit out for repair according to the manual?”

Legal and compliance teams

“What payment terms and penalties does the contract with this supplier set?”

HR and onboarding

“How many days of leave do I get and how do I apply?”

How it works

At its core is RAG: the assistant first finds the relevant passages in your documents, and the language model answers only from them.

  1. Document upload

PDF, Word, Excel and text files. The assistant splits them into passages and builds a search index on your server.

  2. Question

An employee asks in plain words, by text or voice. Personal data is hidden immediately.

  3. Search

The assistant finds passages by meaning and by exact wording, only in documents the employee has access to.

  4. Cited answer

The model answers from the passages found; software checks every citation and logs the request.

Data never leaves your perimeter

The assistant runs entirely on your hardware and never calls external services. This helps meet Uzbekistan’s requirement to store citizens’ personal data in-country.

No internet

Models, documents and the search index run on your server. Installed from a ready package, with no network access.

Data stays with you

Documents, questions, answers and the log are stored on your server.

Personal data masking

Personal ID numbers (PINFL), card and phone numbers in the question text are hidden in the browser and never reach the model or the log.

Role-based access

Employees get answers only from documents at their access level. Levels follow your internal rules.

Sign-in through your system

We connect the assistant to your corporate authentication.

Request log

Who asked what, which documents the assistant found and what the checks flagged.

How to start

For the demo we only need your employees’ questions. The pilot runs on a workstation with a GPU; 20–30 concurrent employees need a server with a 48 GB+ GPU.

  1. Free demo

You send your employees’ typical questions and we show how the assistant answers with citations, using open documents such as the laws and standards of your industry. Answers from your internal documents are checked in the pilot.

  2. Pilot on your hardware

We install the assistant without internet, load your documents, set up roles and access and check quality on control questions.

  3. Rollout and support

We train employees, connect departments and help keep the document base up to date.

Who implements it

WIZICO Private AI is a product of the WIZICO group. In Uzbekistan it is implemented and supported by the W-Lab team in Tashkent: we size the server, install the assistant offline, load the documents, set up access and train employees.

If you need AI features inside your own system rather than a ready product, we build them to order as part of ERP, CRM or web platform development.

Frequently asked questions

What is WIZICO Private AI?
WIZICO Private AI is an enterprise AI assistant that runs on the organisation’s own server without internet access. You upload your documents: policies, instructions, contracts, technical documentation, knowledge bases, regulations. An employee asks a question in plain words, by text or voice, and the assistant finds the answer in those documents and cites the source. Separate assistants with their own document bases can be set up for different teams, for example lawyers, HR or IT support. The assistant finds the facts and drafts the answer; the employee makes the decision.
How is it different from ChatGPT and other public AI chats?
A public AI chat processes requests on the provider’s servers, usually abroad, so internal data cannot be sent there. It answers from the model’s “memory”, knows nothing about your internal documents and does not show where the answer comes from. WIZICO Private AI runs inside your network without internet, answers only from the documents you upload, shows the source for every statement and says plainly when the documents contain no answer.
What documents can be uploaded?
Any documents with text: policies, orders, instructions, contracts, technical and project documentation, knowledge bases, reply templates, regulations. PDF, Word, Excel and text files are supported, and scans are recognised on upload. Documents can be split into bases per department, with rules on who can access which base. Your administrator uploads and updates the documents: a new version replaces the old one, and once it’s uploaded the assistant answers from it.
Can the assistant make mistakes or invent an answer?
The assistant follows the RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) approach: it first finds passages in your documents, and the language model writes the answer only from them. If there is no relevant passage, the assistant says the documents contain no answer instead of inventing one. Software checks every citation against the retrieved passages and flags numbers without a source; mismatches go to the request log for review. The final decision always rests with the employee.
Which languages are supported?
Russian and Kazakh work out of the box, including voice input. Uzbek and English are added per project: we set up search, word-parsing rules and speech recognition for them.
What hardware is required?
A workstation with an NVIDIA GPU with 8 GB of memory is enough for the pilot. For everyday use by 20–30 concurrent employees we recommend a server with one GPU of 48 GB or more, a CPU with 16+ cores, 64 GB of RAM and two NVMe drives in RAID1. If you expect more load or a larger language model, a configuration with 96 GB of video memory and 128 GB of RAM fits. We can size a server for your tasks or install the assistant on hardware you already have.
How do we start and what does it cost?
We start with a free demo: you send your employees’ typical questions and we show how the assistant answers with citations, using open documents such as the laws and standards of your industry; your documents aren’t needed at this step and are checked in the pilot. Then we run a pilot on your hardware: we install the assistant without internet, load your documents, set up roles and access and check quality on control questions. Cost depends on the number of users and departments, the volume of documents and the hardware, so we quote after a short call. Support is a separate agreement.

We’ll show it on your questions

Tell us about the task and send a few typical employee questions, and we’ll arrange a free demo.
